Experiences for individuals: how It works

Sign up for Updates: Join our email list using the button above or below to stay informed about upcoming tour events.

RSVP to Individual Events: Once you're on our email list, you'll have the chance to RSVP to individual events that catch your interest. Let us know that you'd like to attend a specific event by replying to the email invitation.

Receive Zoom Link and Reminders: After RSVPing, you'll be emailed a Zoom link for the scheduled tour event. We'll also send you timely reminders leading up to the event to ensure you don't miss out.

Join from Any Device: On the day of the tour, you can join us from the comfort of your home using your phone, computer, or tablet. Click on the provided Zoom link, and you'll be connected to the virtual experience.

Choose Your Level of Engagement: During the tour, you have the flexibility to choose how you want to participate. You can watch, listen, and immerse yourself in the experience. Or, if you feel inclined, you can interact with other participants and the guide, asking questions and sharing your thoughts.

Experiences for organizations: how it works

Exclusive Link for Participation: We will provide you with an exclusive link that allows a group in one location to join the tour together. Alternatively, we can have individuals sign up directly with us. Participating as a group facilitates a shared experience and encourages social engagement among participants.

Flexible Scheduling and Personalization: We understand organizations' unique needs and preferences, which is why we offer the flexibility to schedule experiences based on your availability. We work closely with you to create a customized experience that aligns with your objectives and interests.

Small Fee to Cover Costs: To ensure we can continue providing high-quality tour experiences, we charge a small fee to cover our operational costs when organizing events exclusively for your organization. This fee enables us to deliver a seamless and personalized experience for your members, clients, or residents.

Recording and Sharing Experiences: We recognize the value of revisiting and sharing experiences. Upon request, we can provide an event recording for your organization, allowing participants to revisit the experience or share it with those who couldn't attend in real time.

Advertising Events to Your Community: As an organization, you have the option to directly advertise LiveWalks events to your members, clients, or residents. We can provide you with event details, promotional materials, and communications templates to help spread the word about the upcoming experiences.
